Egyptians had it, Psalms & Proverbs have it, Confusious and the Dalai Lama have it... so why do we in our past and present societies neglect our mental health? We have great examples of how Simone Biles, Allison Felix, Shacarri Richardson, Michael Phelps and even Mike Tyson have to be internally what they are externally. It's draining, but why... could there be more to it than just being an athlete? Teacher? Employee or what our assumptions lead us to believe?
