Aloha guys,
Today's episode is a little different because Im going off the beaten path of our usual way of doing things, and I want to remind you guys that the things I talk about in each episode are in real time, they are raw and they are hard. Lately I been feeling a little broken in spirit. I promise its not you, I'm just in a season that I need to trek through to see Gods glory fulfilled. Today I do touch really briefly on anxiety, depression and suicide ( If you need help you can call the suicide hot line @18002738255 or check out their website:https://suicidepreventionlifeline.org) I have been such a down place that these things were getting real in my life and I want to encourage you to reach out to someone and ask for help if you are going through any of these things on your own because you don't have to. So please know that I am in a season of hard and if you are we can help each other to seek Christ. I absolutely appreciate you and know that God has a plan and purpose for you.
Key verse: Mark 4:25: to those who listen to my teaching, more understanding will be given. But for those who are not listening, even what little understanding they have will be taken away from them.
Other verses mentioned in this episode
James 1: 1-8: Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gibes it generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.
