In one of the last episodes of the 100 Day Challenge, I talked about imposter syndrome. More specifically, I asked if men suffered from imposter syndrome and if they did, do they talk about it. Whenever imposter syndrome comes up in, it seems to be focused on women and how we deal with it. My friend, Tim, raised his hand and said he would love to talk about imposter syndrome with me. We had a really great conversation on imposter syndrome, perfection, and being open about those feelings.
