Welcome back to the FPL Lounge! It's GW26 Preview time.
With the conclusion of the FA Cup 5th round (and a huge FPL Lounge shout out to Grimsby Town), we've a lot more clarity on upcoming Blank GWs. The lads run through the reduced no. of BGW28 fixtures, resulting in a likely smaller BGW32 and therefore smaller DGW34 and DGW37 than perhaps first thought. The impact that has on strategy is discussed, with the Bench Boost chip now having an obvious home, but with decisions still to be made on Free Hit and the final Wildcard if you still possess them.
The radar is almost entirely new, focusing on the Brentford and Brighton assets with multiple DGWs on the horizon, but with additional mentions of a forward in red hot form and a defenders whose team have improving underlying defensive numbers.
No tide to swim against this week, so the lads show each other the honey in their Caught in the Honey Trap segment, before finishing as always with captaincy and a little game they like to call Who The Heck Is Stat?!
