The Power of Respect: Centre of Innovation and Leadership

Hello Everyone - I'm Neelima Mangal host of the The Power of Women in the world of Tech Podcast, the show where we promote women empowerment by fostering self confidence, leadership skills and motivate women to overcome the real life challenges they face within the corporate world today. 

Women face a unique set of challenges, and I'd want to share my experiences in the hope that IT WOULD HELP colleagues in the workforce and life in general.

I've frequently been questioned about what is most important value to me and how the organization has changed to promote employee well-being amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

A secure, respectful, diverse, work-life balance, wellness-focused, and inclusive workplace is what I consider to be one that values the wellbeing of its employees.

Respect is a very critical element of a healthy and productive workforce. 

Employers must put respect first by fostering a culture of inclusion, fostering open dialogue, recognizing and rewarding workers for their efforts, and fostering a workplace where everyone is treated with respect.
