The Power of Self-Love: Building Confidence and Self-Esteem.

It can be difficult for Asian women of color to hold leadership positions in Corporate America. It has not been an easy journey for me. I've experienced a lot of difficult days. No matter how high you are, be humble; no matter how low you are, be hopeful, are my father's wise words to me.

Building self-love is crucial for boosting self-esteem and confidence. We feel more capable and confident in our talents when we love ourselves, which may result in more success in many facets of our life.
