In this episode, Andrew and Jacob dive into the difference when earning a character and building an identity. 

They then go on to touch on setups vs setbacks and how things can seem like they aren't going our way when in reality we are just being set up for something even better. 

Lastly, they touch on keeping the fire burning and giving themselves the mentality of separation season all year long. Being casual causes casualties so we must always strive to be pushing to our capacity every day. Little by little that capacity begins to stretch and you end up somewhere you would've never imagined you'd be.
