This is the one where Vaughn is in a coma for most of the episode, Jack almost gets shot, Sloane becomes a double agent (?!), and Lauren asks Sydney to put in for a transfer. This is also the one where Bree (@bleach226) inserts her own fanfiction into her episode watch Bree and Jess (@jesspkoehler) get mad at Lauren for asking for that transfer.
