Season 3 Episode 5 will be premiering tonight at 8:00 PM (GMT+8)
In this episode, we will be talking to Virginia Benosa-Llorin is a Senior Campaigner at Greenpeace Philippines, for Climate Justice and Liability. Greenpeace is a global network of independent national and regional organizations present in 55 countries. Greenpeace works directly with communities on the frontlines to protect the environment. In the past two decades, Greenpeace's work in the country has focused on helping enable a systemic change in society to ensure, just, and peaceful future.
We will talk about what we can do together, and how we can also work with the private sector to address single-use plastics, fossil fuels, and the devastating impacts of climate change.
There is a climate emergency, and every action to help save the planet and all living beings is important and has a huge impact. We are not perfect, but creating awareness from producers, manufacturers, consumers and holding each other accountable and responsible for what is happening to our environment that is causing a negative social, economic, environmental, and human rights impact is crucial to our survival.
What are we going to do about it? Let us work together to take climate action!
Learn more about Greenpeace Philippines and find out how you can support and be a part of taking climate action and fight for climate justice.
