JK we pretty much just talked about four things and it took over two hours. Not quite a PR, but close! In addition to all the things you're expecting (1:59:40, 2:14:04, NOP, and shoes) we went head-to-head with athletes to determine which man and woman should wear the Athlete of the Year crown. We talked about pacing at Worlds and the relaxation of Rule 40 as well.
