I’m excited to share today’s episode about how to simplify life. Sonia Bainum traded her city life for life in a 20 x 20 foot cabin on the farm. She had to simplify out of necessity, but also shares some advice on how to simply and prioritize what you value most no matter what your life looks like today.

Sonia reminds us, and herself, that happiness is choice that we get to make. Despite challenges of her new life, like seclusion, she enjoys the adventure and encourages us to make the most of each situation that we’re faced with – wait until you hear about her “spice girls”!
