Oh gosh… here we are. We’ve officially entered the serious side of our fitness journey. And the goal? Aerhelle wants to run with his shirt off. Yep. Since our last episode, we’ve actually been getting out there and running; and honestly, we want to see where this road takes us (maybe we’ll run away from our responsibilities too, who knows).
