Today we discuss how to avoid being under capitalized, mismanagement, and allocation. The most important thing to your business are the people that make it up. You need to understand the players you are bring into your business and what role they play within the organization.

Today, I am joined by my friend, Hilgardt Lamprecht, CEO of The LifeWealth Group. Hilgardt, from South Africa, first practiced as a CPA but quickly realized it wasn't that career path he wanted for himself. Pivoted, he found great joy and purpose in helping others plan for the future as a Financial Advisor. Having worked with small, mid, and large cap companies, Hilgardt is well versed in discussing the pitfalls that many business owners find themselves in, financially.

A Little About Me:
I am an Indiana native who migrated down to Central Florida. I started my career in Corporate America, but wanted more for myself and my family. I quickly found success in Roofing, specially, Tile Roofs. I moved to Costa Rica for five years and continued my entrepreneurial journey there with Real Estate Development. Those five years taught me the ins and outs of clay tile and have been specializing in Tile for over 35 years! I came back to America and now sit on the board for the Florida Building Code for Roofing. I'm also a member of the Florida's Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA). As I continue with my roofing business, I thoroughly enjoy helping and mentoring other entrepreneurs, guiding them to success!
