Lamanda Ballard is the Founder and Executive Director of Flo Code, a nonprofit organization advocating for women's health, women's rights and providing free access to menstrual products. She has been leading this organization since 2017, creating a space for 500 volunteers in Central Texas to give back over 350,000 menstrual products in the Texas community. Ballard is also an experienced Digital Marketer and proud Alumni of North Carolina A&T State University.
