"...a smile a day keeps the enemies away..." Another one for the books and this year I seemed to have a theme haha. On this episode I get to talk to the brother, David! In this episode, we talking B+ (I want you to listen to the episode to see where the idea for this topic came from!) and it was of course an honest one. This season has drilled in me that everything is a muscle, a skill, a tool, that we have to continue to refine every day if we so chose. Being positive takes intention and it takes practice. David and I have a nice little back and forth on the role that family plays as well. As always I think we got some good gems that we could all use, but if nothing else, enjoyed these good vibes!
