Whether its a friendship, romantic relationship, co-worker, or family member, unhealthy relationships can have detrimental effects of your self-esteem and sense of self. In this episode, Nic and Kierra explore what happens to our mental health when we are in toxic relationships and how to identify some of the signs of unhealthy relationships.
