Starting off the season with the sensational Kiera @morningmugspodcast who shared her tips to add to your toolkit for better living and the start of your day!
We talked about everything from what's in your morning mug to being more mindful in the moment to creating these small meaningful 5 minutes just for yourself.
Keira top tip - start small, make it manageable and it will all add up over time. For Kiera, when she turns on that kettle, instead of literally watching it boil, she stretches. Then while drinking her mug of joe she is mindful about how it smells, the warmth in her hands and how it makes her feel.
For me, my moments are the scorching hot shower. It clears my mind and always allows creativity to flow. Now if someone knows how I can take notes in the shower, hit up my DM.
