If you were born in the early to mid 80s then you are who this podcast is for!  The idea of turning 40 may feel a tad bit heavy, like you're  officially old, but don't fret as we remind you; 40 is not old, it's the new young.

This week we have a light- hearted, fun discussion about ageing. At this stage of life I’m sure we can all agree that aging is inevitable, and the Peter Pan bubble has definitely been busted!! There are numerous statements and jokes made about a certain ethnic group aging backwards and often state to have the Benjamin Button gene … of course this is in gist because the bones and energy levels don’t lie even when your features look young!
