This episode I sat down with Dipak Davé who is an executive coach to business leaders in London. Previously a leader himself in the corporate world for many years, Dipak came to place where he was close to burnout which led him to explore mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and other practices to bring more calm into his life. We discussed how these practices are intertwined with the religious teachings of Hinduism he grew up with and how as he describes it, now follows a 'smoothie' of using Hindu teachings with spiritual practices to guide his life. We also touched on the usual questions of purpose, love and happiness with some interesting insights.
