Information on how we are going to structure our diets and the short-term goal for the launch. I give you your first assignment: We are going to start by ADDING IN 1 vegetable serving per day (no matter how many vegetables you currently eat) and of those vegetables, I want 3 of them to be NEW vegetables that you have never eaten before and 4 of them to be vegetables that you have eaten in the past. One per day, 3 new ones and 4 regular ones you have had. ADDITIONALLY, I want you to REMOVE 3 items from your cupboard that are PROCESSED FOOD (look for non-whole grain, lots of sugar, chemical names that you can't pronounce, etc.) This might sound like a lot to start out with, but we have to get this going. This is the first 'change' to the food we will be eating, and it is ADDING IN a serving of something everyday. So this is not REDUCING your calories (and food), but rather you are getting 1 ADDITIONAL thing to eat every day. And the REMOVING of the Processed Foods are just moving us toward a healthier diet. Slowly. But consistently.
