Today’s pairing is a BoneShaker Full Body cast with Redemptiom Rye Rum Cask Finish. The Bone Shaker is new to me and I am excited to try AND I was rummaging around my whiskey cabinet and tucked way in the back was a spirit I had forgotten I had. The BoneShaker is supposed to be spicy so I picked a rye which is typically spicier but here the rum cask you had some complex sweeter notes.
