🦋 “How many times have we said yes when we meant no? How many times have we done what we feel it would take in that moment to make the other person comfortable, rather than stand up for what is true for us?”   

🦋 “So if all of humanity is its own body… then of course each human being really has a true, ultimate thing that they need to be doing. But we’ve got a lot of fingers trying to be toes!”  (You really want to get this FULL analogy as it relates to society because it’s super impactful! She even created a video of her own to take this further!)  

🦋 “There’s no requirement to be perfect here; that’s not the point of the planet. There’s the request to continue to align and align and align and align… as yourself.”
