Today I am pairing Green Spot with a Rocky Patel LB1. I think it will be a great pairing. Green Spot Irish Whiskey is known for its smooth and complex flavor profile, with notes of green apple, vanilla, and toasted oak. This rich and velvety whiskey pairs perfectly with the bold and spicy flavors of the Diesel Whiskey Row Sherry Cask cigar. The sherry cask aging process adds a touch of sweetness to the cigar, complementing the fruity undertones of the whiskey. Nose: a little alcohol on the nose from the Sherry which also lends a sweetness, followed with some cedar and leather.
