In Episode 50 a landmark for me personally I return to Podcasting after a break. 

In truth I needed the break as I just had got into a rut and was churning out episodes for the sake of it, although some would say you should just keep on producing I have found that the break has done me good and I'm back on my terms talking about what I want to talk about. The issues that affect me personally both inside and outside of education.

I'm also hopeful that these new episodes will help me cross the line of firstly 1,000 plays and secondly the production of 100 Episodes. 

The new content will maybe lead to an increased audience. Some of that is personal and some of it is driven by that need within us for some form of public acknowledgement.

In this episode I discuss the anchor.fm dashboard and how the analytics on it have helped me in my thoughts as to what direction I want this latest run of the podcast to take.
