Luckily for this engaged couple their venue came with almost everything included, which also meant luckily they were able to visit the venue and stay for a couple of days too! They also had a wedding planner included who arranged everything on their behalf, taking away the language barriers and any problems you may fear about when planning a wedding abroad.
