I struggle with my body image which literally feels like it's been a bad loop in my head going on forever and a day.  It takes time, work and self-love to move through and to the other side of this one. 

Tip: Find one thing, just one that you like about your body and love up on it. Give it alittle extra. Practice, practice, practice talking to yourself this way.
