Some questions you can ask yourself:

1. Regarding others:
   • Can I do that better?
   • Do I want to do that?
   • Are they doing their best?
   • Are they having fun?
   • Do I think it's brave to do what they're doing?
   • Am I brave enough to do that? 
     • If yes, and I want to do that, why aren't I do it too?
2. Regarding yourself:
   • If I heard someone say that about my friend or loved one, what would I say?
