This week I have the privilege of chatting with Gemma Scott.

Gemma works fulltime as an accountant, she is coached by Maple Leaf Coaching, is part of the Off the Couch Fitness Team but also the STP Collective Race Team.

Gemma has raced across the globe and completed 5 Ironmans, and this is her story of her Kona journey in 2023.
