Large projects can bring together public-private partnerships or integrated project delivery arrangements. We introduce the roles and commitments within those models, then consider collaboration and the treatment of uncertainty. The examples show how the way a project is organised can influence the handling of risk, responsibilities, and decisions across a much wider team.
