Today, we hear from Rabi Atiti - Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager for Flutter International, about her extensive remit across multiple continents, and ask her about the inspirations that led her to pursue a career in ED&I. 

Rabi also reflects on cultural differences she had to adapt to upon arriving in the UK, and how she has paid the kindness she received forward throughout her career. She also discusses the importance of giving back, and engaging in voluntary roles outside of work.
