Welcome back to PFL Weekly! The stoke continues as we recap our UNDEFEATED sports week here at Midd. We talk about parents' weekend and discuss what’s to come. Two great men’s cross country runners, Benjamin Hughes ‘27 and Ray Pavlik ‘27 joined us in the studio for a special interview. We learned about meet rituals, running as a team sport, and overall cross country culture in the northeast. Really cool!
