I have brought you a good conversation. This one is something I am grateful for when I try not to think differently as regards working in a hospital space. Many Thanks to Mr Lawrence who literally took me as his staff and is always ready to dish wisdom to anyone that cares to gain them. 

Severely, I noticed that when couples come for "Couple's HIV testing counselling" they always ask for a written result. and on these occasions, when Mr Lawrence ask them what for, they always say " so that we can give our church" and for any couple that comes for such, Mr Lawrence will always get angry hahaha. I know I have asked him many times why so and for all the times I did, he told me. 

So a particular day that it happened with the presence of the couple's Pastor, I asked Mr Lawrence that we actually make a recording on it and he agreed. 

I hope you get the whole point. Religious institutions should understand this and there will be absolute clarity on certain information before a couple is wedded.
