Welcome back to Season 4! Vis and Angela are back for another goodie and we have two founders on the show - Kimihiro Katsumi (aka Kimmy) and Riho Matsumaru!
Back in June 2021 in Tokyo, Japan, Kimmy and Riho founded allesgood - an online service that helps up-and-coming professionals make their way into the sustainability space, and supports ESG-focused organisations hire their target recruit. They focus on their main product 'Ethical Shukatsu', which translates to 'ethical job-hunting'. Pretty cool, right?
With Kimmy and Riho's grand life experiences in travel and with their entrepreneurial spirit, they provide some fantastic insights on how companies using allesgood and Ethical Shukatsu can get the most out of their recruitment experience, as well as preparing young people for the industry.
Stay tuned for the next episode of Season 4!
