If I asked you to name a woman in business, who would you name?

Well, ever since I first watched the apprentice at the age of 8, that woman for me has always been Karren Brady.

Karren Brady is one of the most influential, high profile and respected female business leaders in the UK. She is a businesswoman, Vice Chairman of West Ham United and Lord Sugars' right-hand woman on the apprentice.

Karren discusses the importance of women championing themselves,  when and how we will get to a point where we don't need to discuss 'Women in Business' and the advice from her grandmother that she lives her life by.
