When it comes to career paths, NCSD educators are often empowered to take a leap of faith: Some may choose to switch classroom locations, switch grade levels, or even switch to different schools throughout their career. But in this episode, we meet several teachers who took perhaps the biggest leap of faith possible—they switched to totally new careers by choosing to teach in our district.
