From the beginning of creation God openly expressed His emotions when He said “Then God looked over all he had made, and he saw that it was very good”! (Genesis 1:31 NLT) God has expressed countless emotions throughout the whole Bible whether it was a good or bad situation because emotions have purpose. The problem is that most of us do not know how to navigate through our emotions when they come from painful places. When we become emotionally trapped we become an easy prey for Satan.
