Being lonely is a scary thing, no one wants to be alone. As I have grown through my journey as a Warrior, I remember keeping people around when I knew I should have let them go. It’s a very dangerous situation when you keep people around you just for the sake of not being alone. It takes a toll on us when we know and see the damage it is causing within. Many times, we don’t want to be alone because we are uncomfortable with our own thoughts, so we try to fill that space with people. Being alone is a great time to figure out who you are.
