After a long summer break, we are going to start up the podcast again with a subseries looking at bias in technology and algorithms. To kick off the conversation, Rob talks to two of his immediate colleagues at Alchemmy, talking about their academic work, their inspirations and the impact they feel in terms of bias in the delivery of tech products and services. 

Rob is joined by Hanna and Josh, both of whom will join me in further conversations as we talk to other experts in the field. . 

- Hanna Eseku is a data scientist who has been involved in academic research looking at cultural biases in organisations through using AI and Machine Learning

- Joshua Nwaogu, a people person with a computer science background who is interesting in learning about the bias that may be present in coding and software.
