John White is the Co-Founder and Fitness Director at TruFit Adaptive Fitness. Founder, Director and Surfer at Waves4All, Member USA Para Surf Team, ISA Adaptive Surf Instructor, Autism Fitness Level 1 Practitioner, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Arc of San Diego Fitness Developer with 20 diverse years of fitness coaching experience. John is a U.S Navy Veteran who served as an Air Traffic Controller on land and at sea. He began fitness coaching in the Navy and continued this career path after his service. He has worked with adaptive athletes for 10 years providing fitness and outdoor experiences and has developed TruFit with his brother Adam to help share these opportunities with others. In his small amount of spare time he most enjoys going camping with his wife and dog, Charlie Brown. He also enjoys sharing his motivation with others, working in the garden or on his Jeep and of course Surfing with friends.
