Building Workforce 2030 is building #STEM skills. It’s building problem solving skills. It’s also building #softskills. Welcome to St. Charles County (MO’s) Centers for Advanced Professional Studies, better known as CAPS. The program serves students from five public school districts providing them real-life experience in Health Sciences, Technology Solutions and Global Entrepreneurship. Hear first-hand from current students as well as from a 2019 alum who is running his own technology company about what it means to them to have this opportunity to explore and to find their direction.
