As some of you may know, I'm recovering from surgery that removed Cancer from my Jawbone. So it is challenging for me to speak right now, but I've been recording episodes throughout 2022, and this is an episode I haven't released. I decided to share it because it has helped me during my time in the Hospital, and I believe it may help someone else.

I'm taking TheMoveFWD every day to fight this CANCER! and I'm confident I'll be Victorious.
