Work Culture is one of the most important pieces to the business. It's the heart of the business and it becomes a guide to how your team and employees behave in the office. There are many companies out there are have fantastic culture and you can see it within the people who work there. Culture creates massive growth within a company because everyone has drank the Kool-Aid, they have bought in and believe in the business.

Janney Roofing was a company I helped build from the ground up. Derek Janney was able to create such an awesome and strong work culture for the company that it grew into a $50 million dollar company. The growth was fast and tremendous that it caught the attention of a Hedge Fund in New York. Janney Roofing was later acquired. .If you want to grow your company, start with culture. A Little About Me:
I am an Indiana native who migrated down to Central Florida. I started my career in Corporate America, but wanted more for myself and my family. I quickly found success in Roofing, specially, Tile Roofs. I moved to Costa Rica for five years and continued my entrepreneurial journey there with Real Estate Development. Those five years taught me the ins and outs of clay tile and have been specializing in Tile for over 35 years! I came back to America and now sit on the board for the Florida Building Code for Roofing. I'm also a member of the Florida's Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA). As I continue with my roofing business, I thoroughly enjoy helping and mentoring other entrepreneurs, guiding them to success!
