Coach Alex, is a decorated U.S. Air Force veteran, human-performance expert, and leadership transformation coach with over 20 years of service. Born on Torrejón Air Base in Spain to a proud military family, Alex commissioned through the University of Florida ROTC and went on to serve as a behavioral scientist, aerospace physiologist, and squadron commander—training elite performers from fighter pilots to special operations forces. Having flown in more than 14 different Department of Defense aircraft and worked alongside Air Force One aircrew, he brings unmatched insight into resilience, high-stakes decision-making, and mission-driven leadership. Today, as the founder of Lead Without Fear®, Coach Alex helps organizations and individuals bridge courage and culture, inspiring leaders to “Inspire Courage. Live Your Mission.”
