We are joined by Cristian Costas Batlle, a gastroenterology dietitian specialising in coeliac disease. Cristian currently runs the dietetic-led coeliac service at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust with the support of gastroenterologists. He also runs coeliac clinics through City Dietitians in private practice. In 2021, he was a double award winner for the national Complete Nutrition awards as Clinical Nutrition Professional Of The Year and The Social Media Personality Of The Year. He will be talking to us about coeliac disease and its effects on the gut and gut microbiota.
