Dr. Jarvis also was a Diversity Crew member, an horizontal grassroot organization co funded by grad students of the Faculty of Forestry (FoF) that promotes EDI and Justice events and partnerships along with increasing discussions and critiques to the Faculty in terms of their support to BIPOC members, parents, and other minorities.
