This time on the Parent Pod we talk with our Dean of Students, Dr. Jesse Grant. Being a college parent can be tough not matter if it is your first or fifth. The new roles we take on as parents can sometimes be complicated, especially as your students are (and should be) advocating more for themselves and working to solve issues on their own. These issues range from relationships with roommates and significant others to working through disagreements and problems with courses and other college functions. Dr. Grant is with us to talk about how CIA can work with parents, tips on how parents can manage the changing relationships with your student, and who to call if you really need some help, helping your student.
