Recently on the show, we have been discussing the mindset of our youth when they leave the K12 school system. As we know, once those students leave the school system, they enter “the real world” and are considered adults.

In tonight’s episode, hosts, Dr. Curtis Lewis and Mr. Michael Payne are joined by four former students to discuss their feelings regarding life after high school, finding their passion, what it means to be a man, and what they wished schools spent more time teaching them to better prepare them for life.   

It's another insightful conversation that has plenty of lessons for all of us who continue to do work in schools and communities.
