If you’re like me when you hear the term “great joy,” you think about good things like your loved ones, spending time doing your favorite hobbies, or even having a relaxing evening. You don’t associate great joy with suffering, but you know who does? God. It is in His Word that we are called to have “great joy” and even to “rejoice with great joy” when God’s glory is revealed in the suffering. It is in the suffering that we become exactly who God has created us to be and we are able to become mature as Christians.
✨May you rest and reflect in this beautiful truth from your Heavenly Father✨
