📌 Mental Health Check Ins (Monthly): Holding safe spaces to network, share resources (food/housing/suicide prevention/ youth health/ trans support hotline) introductions, thought provoking group discussions, journal activity, collective tarot pull, sound bowl session, free snacks & herbal tea, 10 minute demos for holistic healing at Recovery Lounge and Spa services!
