The state & digital asset enforcement powers- The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, granted UK law enforcement new powers regarding digital assets. Concerns arise regarding the lack of clarity in defining "cryptoassets" and addressing suspects' rights. Challenges related to transferring and destroying seized assets are also highlighted.
